Do you need to arrive early?

As a courtesy, we will be opening all halls for early arrivals 8 days early at no additional charge on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 8:00 am. Only those who have a need to be on campus prior to the move in date and will be living in UTM Housing in the fall will be allowed to move into their fall assignments.

Anyone needing to return to campus prior to Wednesday, August 14, 2013 will be required to stay in Cooper Hall until the early arrival check in day. Anyone arriving prior to August 9, 2013 will be charged a $13.00 per day guest fee. This charge is assessed because all students staying on campus prior to August 9th are still paying for summer school rent. After the 9th we will consider it a break period and offer it at no charge to everyone with a fall assignment. Again, this option is only available to those that will be staying in housing for the fall.
