For those students who live on campus, the Office of Housing will be opening all halls for early arrivals on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 8:00 am. Only those who have a need to be on campus prior to move in day on Friday, August 21, 2015 and have been approved by the Office of Housing will be allowed to move into their fall assignments.
Fall residents who are required by the University to return prior to Wednesday, August 12, 2015 will need to stay in summer housing until the early arrival check in day. Any student arriving prior to Saturday, August 8, 2015 will be charged a $13.00 per day guest fee. This charge would be assessed because all students staying on campus prior to August 8,2015 are still paying summer rent. Starting August 8, 2015 we will consider it a break period and offer it at no charge to everyone with a fall assignment.
The Office of Housing reserves the right to deny early arrival requests if needed.
