1. Logon to BANNER Self Service Web
2. Select "Personal Information"
3. Select "Online Housing Application"
4. Select "Go to RMS Student Web for Housing
5. You will then arrive at the Online Housing Portal landing page
6. Click the 'Assignments' text or logo
7. Click 'Fall 2013' to see you Fall 2013 assignment

Residence Halls:

Freshmen participating in the First Year Initiative (FYI) Program, may move in Friday, August 24, beginning at 6:00 a.m. Returning students, transfer students, and freshmen who are not participating in the FYI Program, may move in Saturday, August 25, beginning at 8:00 a.m. You may sign your Student Housing Agreement and pick up your keys at the front desk of your assigned residence hall. If you cannot arrive by 1:00 p.m Tuesday, August 28, please call or email us prior to this time.

University Village:

You may sign your lease and pick up your keys at the following times and locations:

As a courtesy, we will be opening all halls for early arrivals 9 days early at no additional charge on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 8:00 am. Only those who have a need to be on campus prior to the move in date and will be living in UTM Housing in the fall will be allowed to move into their fall assignments.

Anyone needing to return to campus prior to Wednesday, August 15, 2012 will be required to stay in Cooper Hall until the early arrival check in day. Any athlete arriving prior to August 10, 2012 will be charged a $13.00 per day guest fee. This charge is assessed because all students staying on campus prior to August 10th are still paying for summer school rent. After the 10th we will consider it a break period and offer it at no charge to everyone with a fall assignment. Again, this option is only available to those that will be staying in housing for the fall and have a University mandated need to be on campus prior to check in day!
