Browning Hall has two units separated by a common lobby area, the men's unit is on the south and the women's unit is on the north. Each unit houses 264 residents. Browning Hall is classified as a Type II facility with Type I rooms available by request. Browning Hall provides double occupancy rooms in two bedroom suites with connecting baths. Private rooms are available for an extra fee only when space permits.

Browning Hall is also home to the Engineering Floor. The Engineering Floor is a housing option provided to residents who are pursuing an engineering degree. A special computer lab and conference room is available on the floor. Programs and activities offered by the hall staff are relevant to residents who are pursuing an engineering degree.

A general use computer lab is available to all Browning residents. A courtesy computer for use by Browning Hall residents is located in the hall lobby.
Cooper Hall

Cooper Hall, built around an open courtyard with graduated terraces and rock-lined pools, provides an unique living environment with suites offering both single and double room occupancy for seven or eight residents per suite. Each suite has a common living room and bath.

The Hall houses 314 residents with men on the first and second floor and women on the third and fourth floor. Cooper Hall is a Type II facility.

A courtesy computer for use by Cooper Hall residents is located at the Cooper Hall Front Desk.
Ellington Hall

Ellington Hall provides an academic setting with double occupancy rooms in two bedroom suites with connecting baths.
