Blackboard Request Forms

Click on the appropriate form to create a new course, get students enrolled, copy an existing course or delete old courses. Please make your request early enough to assure that your course will be ready for the beginning of the term.

New Course
Request a new Blackboard course.
(Creates a blank course with no content inside.)

Course Enroll
Get your students enrolled in your Blackboard course.

Course Copy
Copy an existing course
(Choose this option if you would like to use the same course content for next semester.)

Course Delete
Request course(s) be deleted from Blackboard.
