How to submit an assignment using Unicheck, the Anti-Plagiarism Tool

Begin by choosing to Submit your assignment—just like any other assignment. This will open the Unicheck application.

From here, you can see how many attempts (checks) that your instructor has allowed.

Submission screen with precheck text circled

From there, choose to “Add Files.” When your file is uploaded, you will see it in the Unicheck window.

Add Files button

Click on your file to select it, and then click the blue button to “Check for Similarity.”

Then, click your report. Portions highlighted in yellow are plagiarized; you can even see the list of places (sources) where that text appears.

Once you are ready, be sure to click the “Final Submission” button to submit your paper. You should see a green confirmation.
