How to Create a Batch

Follow the steps below depending on what software you are using.

 

Web Access (Interactive Viewer must be turned on):

  • Right-click on the application
  • Choose "Batch Import"
  • Type in Batch Name
  • Click "Next"
  • Click on the down arrow beside the book
  • Choose "New Page"
  • Choose "Import File"
  • Choose "Append"
  • Browse to and select file
  • Click "Open"
  • To exit batch, click on the application list icon

 

Image Capture (make sure you have the correct appplication set as your 'Active Application'):

  • Click on the Scanner Icon
  • Type in Batch Name
  • Scan documents

 

Document Manager (make sure you have the correct appplication set as your 'Active Application'):

  • Go to the "Utilities" Menu
  • Choose "Batch Create"
  • Type in Batch Name
  • Browse to and select files
  • Click "Open"
  • Click "Ok" to exit batch create log

Computer Labs

The Office of Information Technology Services maintains several computer labs across campus. You must have a valid UT Martin staff or student ID card to gain access to the lab. Once inside, you must have a valid username and password login to gain access to the campus network.
