How do I create a batch?

Follow the steps below depending on what software you are using.

Web Acess (Interactive Viewer must be turned on):

1. Right-click on the application
2. Choose “Batch Import”
3. Type in Batch Name
4. Click “Next”
5. Click on the down arrow beside the book
6. Choose “New Page”
7. Choose “Import File”
8. Choose “Append”
9. Browse to and select file
10. Click “Open”
11. To exit batch, click on the application list icon

Image Capture (make sure you have the correct appplication set as your 'Active Application'):

1. Click on the Scanner Icon
2. Type in Batch Name
3. Scan documents

Document Manager (make sure you have the correct appplication set as your 'Active Application'):

1. Go to the “Utilities” Menu
2. Choose “Batch Create”
3. Type in Batch Name
4. Browse to and select files
5. Click “Open”
6. Click “Ok” to exit batch create log
