How do I import/export a document?

Follow the steps below depending on what software you are using.

Web Access:

• Export Documents (You may have to Check Out the document first)
  1. Click on the down arrow beside the printer
  2. Choose “Export”
  3. Browse to the location
  4. Click “Save"
• Import Documents

1. Document must be Checked Out in order to import
2. Click on the down arrow beside the book
3. Choose “New Version”
4. Choose “Import File”

Document Manager:

• Export Documents(You may have to Check Out the document first)
1. Go to the “Document” Menu
2. Choose “Export”
3. Choose “Images”
4. Browse to the location
5. Click “Save”
• Import Documents

1. Right-click on the application
2. Choose “New Document”
3. Choose “Import File”
4. Browse to and select file
5. Click “Open”
6. Index document
