The information provided in this site contains the documentation, procedures, and approved scanning devices that can be used to image and attach electronic images in BDMS (Banner Document Management Suite) and IRIS. 

UT Martin started converting paper documents to electronic media in 2004.  There are a few offices that have completed the conversion and several more offices that are in the process of converting paper documents to electronic media. As of September 9, 2012 UT Martin has converted 1,721,389 pages.
