How do I index a batch?

Follow the steps below depending on what software you are using.

Web Access:

1. Right-click on the application
2. Choose Batch Index (List)
3. Choose which Batch you want to index by clicking on the index
4. Input index fields for each page/document
5. Click “Save”

Document Manager:

1. Go to the “Utilities” Menu
2. Choose Batch Index (List)
3. Choose which Batch you want to index by clicking on the index
4. Click on the “New Document” icon
5. Input index fields for each page/document
6. Click “Save”
