When I click on the XS (BDMS View Document or BDMS Add Document) button in Banner Administrative nothing happens.

Your pop-up blocker is turned on.  Allow pop-ups from baninb.utm.edu (baninb2.utm.edu or baninb3.utm.edu whichever you are using) url for Banner Administrative and double check that there are no other programs/toolbars that have a pop-up blocker turned on, i.e. google toolbar, yahoo toolbar, etc.

To allow pop-ups in Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on the "Tools" menu
3. Click on "Pop-up Blocker"
4. Choose "Pop-up Blocker Settings"
5. In the Address of webstie to allow box add: baninb.utm.edu
6. Click on the "Add" button
7. Click on the "Close" button

Note:  Step 5 and 6 may be repeated as necessary for additional sites, such as: baninb2.utm.edu or baninb3.utm.edu
