Emailing a Document from BDMS

Follow the steps below depending on what software you are using.

 

Web Access:

  • Open the document you want to email
  • Go to the 'Document' Menu
  • Choose 'Mail Document'
  • Enter the email address, subject, message body, etc.
  • Choose whether you want to send the 'Entire Document' or 'Page Range' in the Attachments field
  • You may also choose whether you want to send the attachments as hyperlinks.
  • After enter all data click the 'Send' button

 

Document Manager:

  • Open the document you want to email
  • Go to the 'Document' Menu
  • Choose 'Mail Document Pages'
  • Choose the pages you want to email
  • Click 'OK'
  • After it opens up the email with attachments, send email as usual

Computer Labs

The Office of Information Technology Services maintains several computer labs across campus. You must have a valid UT Martin staff or student ID card to gain access to the lab. Once inside, you must have a valid username and password login to gain access to the campus network.
