When I click on a batch nothing happens, the batch status says indexing or scanning, but I can not open the batch to index or scan documents.
The batch is "stuck" in either scanning or indexing mode due to incorrect or incomplete closure of the batch. Call the Help Desk at 7900 and give them the application name (i.e. B-S-ID) and batch name and someone will reset it for you.
