How do I synchronize my BDMS password with my Banner Administrative password?

1. Login to Banner Administrative
2. Click the “XS” Button on the menu (BDMS View Document) – see image below: 

3. You should then see the following window confirming your passwords were synchronized:

4. Click "OK"
5. You will then get the following error saying you do not have access to application B-G-ID:

6. Just close that window by clicking the X as shown above
7. You should be able to log into BDMS now either through Web Access by going to https://extenderlm.utm.edu/AppXtender/Login.aspx or by logging into Document Manager (which must be installed by ITS).
