Need help getting started on a research paper? Looking for information but don't know exactly where to begin? This service assists all off-campus UTM students, staff, and faculty by connecting you to a librarian who will answer questions in a timely manner on how to access and use library resources and services. We can also direct you to information sources and provide answers to brief, factual questions.

• We do not provide answers to tests, quizzes, or complete class assignments for UTM students.
• Online help guides and resources are provided under "Help."
• We will make every effort to respond within 24-48 hours (holidays and weekends not included)
