1.This site provides information on the Kennan Institute. it provides forums on Soviet affairs. There are no links to other sites. It is organized in an explanatory format with 2 levels of navigation and is easy to navigate.

2. Blair Ruble is the author of the site. He has program managers to assist him. It is affiliated with the WWICS.
3. What category does the site fit in (what type of information are you getting from that site)?

5. Facts are accurate via forums and are documented by subject. Not biased as Russians discuss problems. Site is well researched, as it is researched by many sources. 1st page I have seen that deals with Russian affairs exclusively.

8. This site is good for the current events project in History 343. It is also good to use in the Russian history course also.
