LRC Staff

 

The Learning Resource Center is administered by a director who reports to the Dean of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. The LRC staff consists of both graduate and undergraduate students, who are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the center and its services.

 

LRC Director - Jennifer Hill Cook
Appointed, full-time position. Mrs. Cook oversees the operation of the Learning Resource Center. She is also the DIrector of Education Student Services. Mrs. Cook began her positions at UT Martin in Fall 2006 after teaching for a number of years in the Weakley County School System. A UT Martin alumna, Mrs. Cook received her undergraduate degree in Music Education and her graduate degree in Education: Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Specialty.

 

Curriculum Library/Textbook Graduate Assistant - Laura Johnson
This position started in January '07.  Laura is responsible for cataloging and organizing textbooks for the Tennessee Textbook Depository. Laura received a Bachelor's in Applied Mental Health Psychology in 2006, and is working toward an M.S. school counseling.

 

Media Lab Graduate Assistant - Cori Beth Sutton

This position started in January 2008. Cori is responsible for the overall operation of the Media Lab. She received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Spanish with a minor in religious studies. She is currently pursuing a Master's of Education degree with a focus in community counseling.
