By completing UT Martin’s Online MBA program, I gained the ability to see business from the 50,000 ft. level as well as the ability to view business challenges and opportunities through the eyes of the different disciplines (people management, finance, accounting, marketing, operations, and strategy).  Consequently, I am able to flexibly present and execute my contributions in the paradigm which is most effective.  Colleagues from other BU’s appreciate my breadth of understanding, interest in an integrated solution, and ability to ”speak their language.” 

I found the school and the professors to be student focused, engaged and caring.  The coursework is comprehensive and challenging, but the stress of managing school (in addition to my career and family life) was significantly helped by the one class at a time structure.  And because you go through the whole program with the same group of students, you become good friends by the end.  I highly recommend the program for anyone.
