Chris Caldwell is Professor of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Dr. Caldwell is a widely published scholar with a solid record of service to the community and university. He has established an impressive presence on the internet, where his more than 50,000 web pages on prime numbers can be found collected in “The Prime Pages”. He received the UTM Cunningham Teacher/Scholar Award in 2010. Dr. Caldwell will speak on The Numbers of Intelligence: Both Secret and Alien on Thursday, February 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Watkins Auditorium of the Boling University Center. Chris Caldwell's appearance is co-sponsored by Honors Programs and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
