Jeremy Turner is Associate Professor of Psychology at Illinois College and Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery/Otolaryngology at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He is conducting groundbreaking research on hearing and tinnitus studies. He is the author of numerous articles and the recent book, Grandeur in this View of Life: A Brief Introduction to Evolution. He will speak on Silence is Golden: the Scientific Pursuit of Tinnitus on Thursday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m. in the Watkins Auditorium of the Boling University Center. Jeremy Turner is also the 2010 Sigma Xi Banquet Speaker.
