The Office of Student Engagement is committed to advocating for the University of Tennessee at Martin by providing outstanding student services, while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency, through four organizational departments: Academic Records, Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and Student Success Center. By fostering student outreach and engagement, OSE will provide ongoing analysis of the characteristics and behaviors of current, prospective, and former students in order to help the campus achieve its goals.

I believe that education is the root of all that is good. Each person has the opportunity to guide the course of his or her life, using education as the vehicle. Hard work, drive, and self-determination are necessary qualities if such self-actualization is to occur. As a result of completing a bachelor's degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin, students will reap the benefits for years to come.
