The Warehouse is led by Hogan Courtney along with Joe Estes.  Together they work to keep materials available for repairs across campus.  Since the campus is remotely located geographically,--approximately 3 hours from Nashville, 2 hours from Memphis, 1 hour from Jackson, TN, and 2 hours from Paducah, KY--it is advantageous for the Warehouse to be adequately stocked.

Typically the inventory is in excess of $300,000, carrying over 1,500 different parts. Approximately 95% of all parts and materials used to maintain the campus are purchased through the Warehouse.

The Warehouse uses The Maintenance Authority (TMA) inventory system, which is the same system used for maintenance work orders.

Along with stocking typical maintenance items, the Warehouse also receives deliveries for departments all over campus as well as for construction and renovations projects.
