The UT Martin Department of Public Safety wants your event, meeting or activity on campus to be a success. Appropriate parking permits and/or authorizations are required to use campus parking areas.
UT Martin departments or groups requiring special parking or visitor parking permits in support of a university-sponsored event should fill out the Parking Request Form.

Graduation will be held in the Elam Center. Parking for handicap/special needs is available in Lots 22 and Lot 3. All parking is on a first come, first served basis. To drop off a person with special needs/disability, drive West on JC Henson Dr to the North side of the Elam Center. There are doors that allow direct access to the main arena floor with no stairs to climb. Special seating is available through these doors. Staff can direct you to the appropriate areas for seating. Once the drop off is complete, you may park in either Lot 22 or Lot 3 as long as a handicap placard or license plate is displayed. All other parking is available South of the Elam Center along Mt. Pelia Rd.
All motor vehicles operated (utilized) by faculty, staff and students in connection with their employment or attendance at UT Martin must be registered at the UT Martin Department of Public Safety in Crisp Hall.
