Tennessee Herpetological Society Annual Meeting

Plan to attend the 18th annual THS meeting September 27th – 29th  at the University of Tennessee at Martin in Martin, TN. The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in amphibians or reptiles.

Registration: $25(Professional); $10(Student)
THS membership: $15

Call for Papers
If you are interested in giving a presentation (oral or poster) please submit title, authors, affiliation, and abstracts in MS word by September 13th to Tom Blanchard at tblanch@utm.edu. (See abstract submission form)

Presentations will be 20 minutes (powerpoint preferred) and Posters should be stand alone and not larger than 3’ X 4’

The meeting will include a Thursday night bar-b-que Social followed by the Auction.  The keynote speaker will be Dr. John Placyk Jr. from the University of Texas at Tyler.  The field trip will be to the Reelfoot National Wildlife Refuge and will begin Friday evening and continue on Saturday.  For those interested in staying overnight for the field trip, accommodations are available at UTM’s Reelfoot Lake Environmental Field Station ($10/person).
