Diplomas will be ordered for student's who are awarded a degree in the week following each commencement.  The diploma will be mailed to the student's mailing address as listed in Banner.  If mailed within the United States, there is no charge for mailing the original diploma.  Original diplomas mailed outside the U.S. will require an $11.00 mailing fee.

• Please allow 12 weeks for delivery of original diploma
• Duplicate diplomas which are not mailed with the original will be charged: 
  • within the U.S. will a $4.00 mailing fee;
  • $11.00 if mailed outside of the U.S.

Information Needed for late orders or reorders:

• Name (include any other names, ie, maiden name, etc)
• Social Security Number (or student id number)
• Degree Awarded
• Date Awarded
• Address to Mail Diploma

Although E-mail requests are not accepted, it is important to remember...NEVER email social security numbers since e-mail is not a secure form of transmitting information.
