Diplomas

 

Diplomas will be mailed to student's Banner Mailing Address after commencement.  If mailed within the United States, there is no charge for mailing the original diploma.  Original diplomas mailed outside the U.S. will require an $11.00 mailing fee.

 

  • Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of original diploma
  • Additional diplomas mailed within the U.S. will require a $4.00 mailing fee; $11.00 if mailed outside of the U.S.

 

All Diplomas Ordered After Student's Commencement Date

 

Information Needed:

  • Name (include any other names, ie, maiden name, etc)
  • Social Security Number
  • Degree Awarded
  • Date Awarded
  • Address to Mail Diploma

 

Cost: $15.00 plus $4.00 mailing fee (there will be additional cost [$11.00] for mailing outside of the United States)

 

Diploma Replacement Form

Special Order:

 

  • Takes 2-3 months for replacement
  • Original signatures may not be on replacement
