Requests that are made during Commencement periods will take longer to process due to the office's extremely high volume of total requests.

(May be faxed or mailed to Academic Records)

 

Information Needed For All Requests (Email Requests cannot be accepted):
  • Name
  • Social Security Number
  • Dates in Attendance at UTM
  • Name and Address to Mail Transcript
  • Date of Birth
  • Hand-Written Signature

 

Mail Written Request to:

Fax Requests:

  • Fax requests, with the above information, to: (731) 881-7048
  • Only unofficial copies of transcripts will be faxed

 

Cost:

  • Beginning July 1, 2009 there will be a $5 charge for each transcript requested.  There is an additional $5 charge for faxing a transcript.  There is an additional $20 charge (in the US) or $35 charge (outside of the US) to send a transcript by Federal Express. 

  • Priority handling (sent within 24 business hours from the time the fee is paid) carries a $25 charge in addition to the above charges.
