The
Faculty Development Committee will evaluate your proposal using a 5-point,
Likert-type scale where 1 = "strongly disagrees" and 5 = "strongly
agrees". Total points will receive overall ratings from 0-4. Comments
may be disseminated to the applicant, if requested. The evaluators identities
are kept confidential. Individual proposal ratings are confidential,
and the rating sheets are destroyed June 1.

rating.
2. A fair proposal: Parts of this proposal are good, but it is one for
which there are substantial reservations.
