Technology Program Proposal Evaluation

The Faculty Development Committee will evaluate your proposal using a 5 pt. Likert-type scale where 1 = "strongly disagrees" and 5 = "strongly agrees". Total points will receive overall ratings from 0-4. Individual proposal ratings are confidential. The rating sheets will be destroyed after the committee meets June 1.

4. Clearly an outstanding proposal: This proposal should be supported if at all possible.
3. A good proposal: This is an above-average proposal and one you would reluctantly see go unsupported.
2. An average proposal: This proposal certainly has merit, but it reflects no particularly remarkable characteristics which might warrant a higher rating.
1. A fair proposal: Parts of this proposal are good, but it is one for which there are substantial reservations.
0. A poor proposal: This proposal does not warrant consideration.
