How do I change my guest nickname?

1. Click on Edit Nickname or Edit Nick near the bottom of the widget.
2. Enter your full name and your e-mail address, so we can reply to you via e-mail if needed.
3. Hit the Enter key to set the nickname.

If it is after regular office hours, can I use the chat widget?

Yes, please submit your question and include your contact information (name, e-mail address, and phone). We will respond to your question on the next business day. You may also e-mail your question to davidt@utm.edu
