OTHER TESTS
Post Comp and Major Field Exams (required by U.T. Martin for graduation) are administered by the Testing Center throughout the year free of charge. A $40 fee is charged to students who wait until 2 weeks prior to graduation to take these exams.
COMPASS Testing is offered by appointment on most weekdays. Registration must first be done through the institution requiring your COMPASS scores, then you may contact the Testing Center to schedule your appointment.
CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) exam is offered twice a year, on the first Friday and Saturday of April and November.
ELSES (Engineering exam) is offered twice a year, in April and October. Contact your state licensing board.
MAT (required by some universities for graduate program admission) is a 1 hour exam offered by appointment on most weekdays. Registration is done through the Testing Center. Cost is $75 payable to UT Martin, check or cash.
MCAT, LSAT, and SAT exams are offered on standardized test dates. Register online: MCAT, LSAT, and SAT.
NLN PAX – The National League of Nursing Pre-Admission Exam is a standardized entrance exam for potential nursing students who seek admittance into nursing schools nationwide. Register at https://nlnonlinetesting.org.
Proctoring Service is provided for students enrolled in online courses at UTM and other institutions. Cost is $25 for the first 2 hours and $10 for each additional 2 hours.
Professional and IT Exams are offered through PearsonVue, which include Certification and Employment Testing.
