Important Information for Transfer Students:

The State of Tennessee requires first time students to provide proof of immunity or immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) and Varicella (chicken pox). You can find detailed guidelines, at http://www.utm.edu/departments/shcs/compliance.php. Students who fail to comply with this process will lose their classes and will be prevented from moving into on-campus housing facilities..
