Department of Telecommunications - Verizon Wireless Phone Request Form

 

A new contract with Verizon Wireless allows the campus to receive free phones limited to departmental use for communicating with employees who work out of the office and need to receive assignments or instructions.  As long as these calls are made to another Verizon phone, the service is free.  The cost for calls made to non-Verizon lines will be billed to the department.   Several departments have already taken advantage of this new program.
