UT Trusteeship Committee to meet May 8 in Nashville
KNOXVILLE – The trusteeship committee of the University of Tennessee Board of
Trustees will meet in Nashville Thursday, May 8.
The meeting is scheduled for noon CST in the offices of Boult, Cummings,
Conners & Berry, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.
The agenda includes proposed amendments to the bylaws, proposed revision
of the UTC Athletics Board constitution, review of the protocol used
during the committee's meetings, and review of new trustee mentoring.
The Board of Trustees voted to rename the Governance Committee to the
Trusteeship Committee at their annual meeting held in June.

UT Executive and Compensation Committee to meet May 8 in
Nashville
KNOXVILLE – The executive and compensation committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet in Nashville on Thursday, May 8.
The meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. CST at the offices of Boult,
Cummings, Conners & Berry, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.
The primary purpose of the meeting will be to review the tentative
schedule and agenda for the annual meeting of the board set for June
19-20 in Knoxville.
Additional agenda items include remarks by President Petersen, and a
report by committee chair Andrea Loughry on the status of the board's
cost project, a summary of the recent Association of Governing Boards of
Universities and Colleges national conference on trusteeship and
discussion of committee appointments.
