Candy Goad (‘74) Coordinator of Employment Information Services at UT Martin, and her husband, Rusty (‘73), have recently given $50,000 to establish the Driver/Goad Family Scholarship endowments in the Department of English and the Skyhawk golf program.

This gift is in memory of several members of Candy’s immediate family–Robert, Emily and Mike Driver, and in honor of the Goads’ children, Rob (‘04) and Andrew (‘05).

Rob was an English major while at UT Martin. Andrew has a long-standing love for the game of golf–a passion instilled in him by his grandfather, Robert Driver.

This commitment is a wonderful example of the generous support given to The Campaign for Tennessee through Martin’s staff, faculty and retirees.
