UT Martin’s Student Teacher Education Association chapter was named the state’s 2009-10 Chapter of the Year by the Tennessee Education Association. The award is based on chapter activities, including participation in daily activities for American Education Week, participation in state and national lobbying efforts for education, and sponsorship of a voter education drive.
