Mission Statement

The Child and Family Grant Programs promote the highest standards for the quality of life for children, families, and communities through collaborations that embody best practices for early learning and development.

Purpose

Through grant funding from the Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) and the Tennessee Department of Health (DOH), free home visiting services are available for families with infants and toddlers throughout West Tennessee. Staff provide community resources, information, education, and support for families as they engage in their child’s early learning and development.
