Topics covered include defining the context of the organization and leadership, risk management, the process approach to auditing, development of quality policies and objectives, retaining and maintaining documented information and control, corrective actions, and management responsibilities. This course is for anyone who wants an introductory understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
Our two-day Internal Auditor Training is a more in-depth and inter-active course for those conducting internal audits with in your organization. Internal auditing is among the most important steps on the road to achieving, maintaining and improving your QMS. Topics include understanding the ISO 9001:2015 requirements; auditing to ISO 9001:2015 using the process approach; and identifying and documenting nonconformities. This course is for both experienced QMS internal auditors and new internal auditors who wish to become proficient using this standard.
IATF 16949:2016, released last October, supersedes and replaces the ISO/TS 16949:2009 Quality Management System standard for the automotive industry. IATF 16949:2016 is not a stand-alone QMS standard but is a supplement to ISO 9001:2015. As such, IATF 16949:2016 aligns with and refers to ISO 9001:2015.

This three-day course is designed for current and future members of your internal auditing teams.
Our half-day course will provide you with a straight forward step-by-step approach to implementing risk management in compliance with both the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. The training will provide active participation with real-world examples, so that when you return to your organization you will be prepared to successfully integrate risk management into your QMS.
