Welcome to the home of Community Developmental Services on the World Wide Web.  CDS  is a private, non-profit, community-based agency serving Weakley, Obion, Henry and Lake Counties in Northwest Tennessee.  Located adjacent to the campus of the Univer sity of Tennessee at Martin, CDS works with individuals who are developmentally disabled, helping them live normally in the community. Normalization, the highest form of independence, is the ultimate goal. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Services are not denied based on race, religion, sex, national origin or inability to pay.
