Faculty Mentors 
General Studies 101 (GENS 101) is conducted during each Fall Semester. Faculty and staff members from each academic departments or offices across campus are selected to act as the leader of a section of GENS 101 assigned to their respective academic major within their college or group. There are currently 43 Faculty Mentors assigned to sections of GENS 101. These mentors have a commitment to the success of the students assigned to their section of GENS 101. Faculty Mentors provide mentoring and guidance to the students and PEP Leaders assigned to them and facilitate section specific programs designed for the major related to the section.
