I have received all 8 requested diploma seals; however, only 2 have been claimed. If you requested a seal, please contact me to pick it up. Given that this time of year is rather busy, please check with me to be sure I’ll be available. If our schedules do not match, let me know and I will leave the seal with Dr. Wallace if her schedule is closer. If that does not work, we can mail them IF you provide a mailing address.

Diploma seals have arrived! If you are graduating this semester and requested a seal, please drop by my office (BA 226) to pick up a seal. I received 6 of the 8 requested, so if you are not graduating until summer, please wait until summer to pick up a seal. The other 2 should arrive soon.

I may have a service opportunity for a few people. A friend of mine (a local vet) posted on FB recently that a shelter in the area is looking for people to walk a dog daily. The dog needs surgery but is too overweight for the procedure. They’re asking for volunteers to walk the dog 30 minutes a day–but they only want adults (I assume the dog is fairly large). I’ve asked my friend the vet for details and will post here (and email) as soon as I learn more.
