New Slogan

Kiwanis has a new slogan, “Serving the Children of the World”. This slogan replaces the “We Build” used for many years.  This change was approved at this year’s International Convention in Hawaii.

BBQ

It’s only 23 days until our BBQ Fundraiser.  The club will deliver BBQ sack lunches to homes and businesses.  Lunches are pre-sold by members.  Only a few lunches are available the day of the event.  Please SELL TICKETS and turn your tickets and money in to John Overby.

Soybean Festival Talent Show

The Westview Key Club is sponsoring the talent show on Monday evening, Sept. 5 at the downtown stage.  Linda Ramsey is asking for volunteers to help the Key Club members with this project.   Signup sheets are being passed around for volunteers to signup.

Soybean Festival 5K Roadrace

Bill Austin and Jim Scott are coordinating the 5K Roadrace on Saturday morning, Sept. 10, at the Martin Recreational Complex.  Volunteers are needed to help staff the race positions.  Signup sheets are circulating for  you to sign up to help.
