Board of Director’s Minutes The Board of Directors met last week for the February meeting. Secretary & Treasurer reports were approved as presented. Our club membership is 43 members. The following people were approved as potential members: Lori Abott, Jerry Carpenter, Terry Duncan, and Chris Munkel. The board received a request from the Martin Girls Softball League for team sponsorship. This is already in the activities budget and a team will be sponsored this year. We received a request from Matt Kimsey for financial assistance in attending an academic program in Mid-Winter Conference Mid-Winter Conference is this weekend. Linda Ramsey and Evelyn Blythe will be attending from our club. A silent auction will be held at the conference to benefit the District Foundation. If you or your company has any products that you could donate to the silent auction, see Linda and Evelyn for more information. Pancake Tickets Sell! Sell! Sell! Tickets to this year’s Pancake Day fundraiser have been distributed to members. If you have not received your tickets yet, please see John Overby. The club voted for members to be responsible for selling 15 tickets or paying $60.00. Please try to sell over 15! More the Better!!!
