Governor’s Visit

Lt. Gov. Linda Ramsey is planning for the annual Governor’s visit to our area.  The event will take place on Saturday, April 29.  Linda is planning activities for the day for Kiwanians to share time with each other, and then a dinner meal to welcome the Governor for the Louisiana Mississippi West Tennessee District to our area.  If you would like to help plan this event, please see Linda for more details.

Pancake Tickets

Our 38^th annual Pancake Day was a success.  Last Saturday, we served about 607 people.  If you have not turned in all of your ticket money, please get this to John Overby as soon as possible.  Thank you to David Brodrick for coordinating the event again this year. 

"One Can Make a Difference"

Please join Regional Trustee David Pickler for a unique inter-club opportunity on Thursday, March 9, at the Holiday Inn on Hwy. 45 in Jackson, TN. There will be a board meeting at 11:00, followed by a noon luncheon meeting. This is a great opportunity to build Kiwanis unity and excitement for our clubs in Division 1B. All PDOs and club leaders from all clubs in Region 1 are invited, as well as Corinth and Booneville, MS clubs. Myrtle Harton’s Birthday

Board of Director’s Meeting

The Board of Director’s will meet tomorrow, Mar. 2, at the Weldon Public Library at noon for the March meeting.  All club members are invited to attend the meeting.
