On October 15, Martin Police Dept. Assistant Chief Phillip Fuqua told of the evolution in ways to react to crisis situations in our schools and specifically about the new ALICE program - Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate.  This program was chosen for implementation by the Weakley County Schools.  Asst. Chief Fuqua is joined by members of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.
