| Kermit Hopper, Weakley County Road Supervisor, gave the club an overview of the road program, its progress, and the problems faced in light of recent budget cuts. Although hot mix asphalt is preferred, budget cuts will cause the road department to use cold mix for many roads. |

He noted that most of the recruiting in foreign countries is done by former members of the UT Martin tennis teams. He told about his coaching philosophy and emphasized how well the team members do academically. Dennis is a former member of the Martin club. |
