Although there are alternate routes to Martin from these cities, the easiest routes to consider are: From Nashville, Tennessee Travel Interstate-40 west, exit the interstate at Highway 22 at Parker's Crossroads (Exit 108 north). Follow Highway 22 to Martin. From Memphis, Tennessee Travel Interstate-40 east to Jackson, Tenn., and exit the interstate at the Highway 45 By-Pass (Exit 80-B north). Follow Highway 45 to Martin.
