Your favorite program may be on a different WLJT channel.

One of the great features of digital television is that we can now provide more than one program at a time.

Our digital signal is split into three program sources:

11-1 is WLJT Create. This channel provides the best of public television's
"how-to," cooking, travel, gardening and art programs.
11-2 is WLJT World. This channel provides great public affairs programs like          Frontline, The Newshour, Charlie Rose and West Tennessee Journal.
11-3 is WLJT HD. This channel presents programs available in high definition          and our "traditional" line-up of shows is HERE. All of your favorites from the          kid's shows to Masterpiece Theatre, Antiques Roadshow and Lawrence         Welk are on this channel.

Some folks on basic cable service are finding "Create" on their Channel 11. That's because your cable operator is using 11-1 to program that channel. You need to call your cable operator and remind them that WLJT's traditional programming is now on 11-3 and they must "down-convert" that channel to properly program your Channel 11.

WLJT has sent this information to all of the cable operators in West Tennessee, but the conversion must take place at the cable operation and this may take a little time.
