Since 2004, UT Martin faculty and staff have provided eight professional development projects for area PK-12 teachers, representing
approximately $3 million
in awards. Several of these projects involved human subjects research (i.e., IRB). Project IMPACT participant

Project IMPACT served teachers in the Northwest (from the Martin campus),
as well as the Southwest (from the UT Martin Selmer Center) regions of West Tennessee.
