My all time favorite poem by Emily Dickinson is on pg. 918 "Death Be Not Proud." She says death is just a slave to fate, kings, and desperate men and is always found with poison , war, and sickness. But she compares death with a person by being proud or by swelling. She does not understand why death is so terrible since after death you wake up eternally.
