    In " Wild Nights-Wild Nights" by Emily Dickinson she describes the life on a ship at sea. She is glorifing the time when the ship is in a storm , the winds blowing hard against the hull and the only thing the captain can rely on is his compass and his charts. Quite an adventure for some people dangerous foe most.
