    In Utopia, Sir Thomas More has a debate with the fictional character Raphael Hythloday which revolves around the issue of scholars participating in government politics. It seems that the character More takes the opinion of scholars including themselves in government. Is this supposed to be Sir Thomas More's actual opinion or is it just sarcasm on More's part?
