I believe that if anything in "the South" changes, it will most likely be cultural diversity. The South is generally known for Confederate flags and rebels. People in other areas of the U.S. think that most of us are rednecks that run around bare foot 24/7. The number of African Americans in the South is smaller than that of other parts of the U.S. I think that will definately change. Not only African Americans but Mexicans as well. All over America, it will become more diverse. I don't think that the South will be very much different in years to come. Everybody will still have their stereo-types and we will still be considered rednecks.
