I think that one thing that will change in the South
in the next century is cultural diversity. In the past
people of a certain cultural background have usually stayed
with their own culture, but now people are starting to hang
out with all different kinds of people. There is no longer
a great barrier between them. As time goes on there will
not be any barriers at all and everyone will hang out with
anyone no matter what. The reason for this is because so
many people are coming from all over the world to live here,
and the more different cultures are here the more the South
will become cuturally diverse.
There is nothing in the South that will never change.
Things are always changing, no matter where you are. Some
things may always be around but they will always change.
If new technology was invented and we no longer had to
grow crops the South would not be the South, because
agriculture is a huge part of this region. A change like
this is very likely to happen because people are always
trying to figure out more effcient ways to do things. In
the year 2100 there is no way that we will be talking about
the South the way that we do now. We do not talk about the
South today the same way we talked about it a century ago.
